Blazing Chrome gets a physical release on Switch and PS4
If Contra and Metal Slug melded into a game, Blazing Chrome would be that game!
Limited Run Games has a pre order for Blazing Chrome and it looks amazing. Developed by JoyMasher, It was released this past July for Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One - but you'll want to get it on physical media. It's up to you to save the human race from extermination at the hands of machine overlords.

Created in a glorious retro style, you'll love the CRT options to get that old school vibe you crave. What does it for me is the manic pace and 2-player co-op. This game is fun and I want it on a Switch cartridge!

It has crazy vehicles, mech suites and way more action than I can handle, but that's just an age-issue. This game takes me back to my favorite arcade madness where it feels the entire world is descending on you, but somehow you survive - especially if your co-op partner is kicking butt!

Limited Run Games has an open pre-order for the standard version (Switch and PS4) while the deluxe editions are the standard first-come first-served mode on Friday morning/evening. I'm not one to go fro the deluxe versions, but this one is packaged in a retro VHS packaging (among other things). Love seeing the retro vibe extend to packaging. Fun game. Gotta have it on physical media!!

Blazing Chrome gets a physical release on Switch and PS4 From Nintendo's Switch website:
In Blazing Chrome, machines rule the world and the few humans left are on the edge of total extermination, lacking power, prestige or status among their metal and circuits overlords. Bring your best pal and kick some metal butts to free the humankind while enjoying a classic run 'n gun, fully loaded with action and exciting fights!

Dash through 5 apocalyptic environments with hundreds of robots-enemies to blow to pieces. Blast your way through the enemy lines and and try to defeat a bunch of mechanical bosses with using hoverbikes, huge armors and a whole arsenal of kick-ass weapons.

Blazing Chrome offers a lot of features in the legacy of classic run 'n gun games.
