Several gaming franchises have issued collectable dog tags, but leave it to Nintendo to really do it right. Of course this is simply a licensing deal for Enterplay who have released the product. I've found 2 different kinds of SMB dog tags, released in 2015. The deluxe pack has 2 metal dog tags, one standard size dog tag with a 26" chain and a smaller key chain size with a 4" chain. There are 6 different deluxe dog tags and 4 smaller sized key chains.
A second type of set features one standard size dog tag, but also includes a trading card and a sticker. This style offers 24 different dog tag designs, including 6 gold editions. The trading cards incude foil effects and the stickers offer both recent and retro nintendo gaming artwork.
