The passing of time can have devastating effects on one's cherished memories of films. Hitting screens in September 1985, Chuck Norris was a complete bad-ass (and he still is) and I loved Invasion USA. Upon revisiting this cinematic gem, I found it nearly unwatchable. Of course I watched the whole thing, cheered, and would do it again - but my youthful enthusiasm for the film back in the 80s had shifted a tad in 2017.
