Tapes? No tapes? In 2017 can we assume cassettes have given way to digital audio in the White House?
Everyone involved in this latest Trump fiasco is talking about tapes without realizing how outdated it sounds.
With all the Nixon comparisons, the news media and all involved in this dreadful comedy of despair seem to have forgotten that not many things are stil recorded on analog tape. I know there are a lot of legacy systems and scenarios in place, but lets assume that if there are recordings of Trump burying himself, it won't come to light as a shoe-box full of cassettes being read into evidence.
Sure, it's possible they're just using the term "tapes" metaphorically, but are you really prepared to give that much credibility to anyone involved in this idiocy? Shouldn't someone be tasked with running the country amidst all this?
